1. I shop because the job I have sucks and I hate my uniform and I love shopping
2. I feel relaxed not high and the horible guilt does not happen if you stick to your buget and use cash.
3. how many of us really shop for things we needed. its always stuff we wanted.
4. you will not have tags on your clothes if you recirculate.
5. false justifications, secrets, lies, decit only happends if you use charge
6. work more for the things you want.

I was a shopaholic and would shop online, during my lunch break!,after work and of course on weekends with the girls. The only thing that changed my life was a book I read called 101 Ways to Stop Shopping and Start Saving on Amazon.
I recommend for anyone with this problem. I paid off almost all of my credit cards
and have money saved (some) toward my goal – a trip to Paris in 2013!!!!!!!
